Where is the iPhone backup files location on our pc?
For Windows computer:
\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
For Mac computer:
Note: please replace USERNAME with your personal account name. In the Finder, navigate to your home directory under PLACES and click Library -> Application Support -> MobileSync -> Backup

How to change the location of iTunes backup to be new one we are familiar with?
Step-1: Press Windows+R and the Run dialog will pop up. Input cmd into the Open field and click OK to launch Command Prompt.
Step-2: Input command: cd “%APPDATA%\Apple Computer\MobileSync” and press Enter to the MobileSync directory
Step-3: Input command: ren Backup Backup_Old to rename the old backup folder
Step-4: If you haven’t created a new directory to store your backups please do so now.
Step-5: Input command: mklink /J “%APPDATA%\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup D:\temp\Backup” to create a symbolic link to your new directory and use Windows Explorer to confirm the link created successfully.
Step-6: Check the change by launching a backup with iTunes and testing files are backed up to new directory location.
Step-1: Launch Terminal from your Applications: Utilities folder.
Step-2: Input command: cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/MobileSync and pressing Return to the MobileSync directory by inputting the following command and
Step -3: Input command: mv Backup Backup_Old to rename old backup folder
Step-4: If you do not want to use the existing fold, and need a new folder for backup, just input command: mkdir /Volumes/Storage/iTunes/MobileSync/Backup
Step-5: Input command: ln -s /Volumes/Storage/iTunes/MobileSync/Backup ~/Library/Application\ Support/MobileSync to create a symbolic link to the new folder.
Step-6: Use Finder to verify the symbolic link was created. Check the change by launching a backup with iTunes and testing files are backed up to new directory location.
